JPA aimed to supply our clients with better tools and information for their operational needs. The e-platform offers a valuable online tool to help manage their business better and allow for a seamless integration.
Through the e-platform, clients are able to access a dedicated SQL database 24 hours a day, 7days a week. The e-platform allows our customers secure, immediate access to a number of generic or customized reports which track such elements as fabrication and inspection status, expediting, shipping, invoice schedule and other information. This system also enables the customers to submit specifications, order RFI/RFQ and other relevant documents, and upload technical drawings and tender documents usually at a size of undeliverable through regular emailing.
The e-platform is an integral part of our services, however our e-platform is not an eProcurement interface. We believed in having real people with test proven expertise focused on the sourcing process, which is strengthened by advanced IT technologies, not the other way around. JPA is able to combine people with technology, to successfully deliver a solution that will streamline the procure-to-pay process and enhance our clients' governance through each project.
